Get ready for the ski season. Join us at Chester Bowl on Wednesday evenings for some ski walking, striding and bounding on the ski hill. Poles are optional. Skiers of ALL abilities are welcome. This is a great chance for beginners to learn good technique from local ski experts. These hill sessions really whip you into shape for the ski season!
This is an informal, unstructured workout—if you’ve never done ski-walking or hill-bounding, you can easily learn by watching other skiers. If you want to use poles, bring classic-length or slightly shorter. Though lights will be illuminating the ski hill, please bring a headlamp or flashlight for safety on the trail to the ski hill.
2008 Pre-Season Bounding will begin October 15th
