UPDATE FOR WEDNESDAY (7/20) PRACTICE:

AM practice for Wednesday WILL go as scheduled out at Spirit Mtn.

PM practice, however, will be RESCHEDULED to Friday (7/22) from 5-7pm out at Spirit Mtn due to a projected heat index of 102 degrees.

So…AM practice as scheduled, PM practice cancelled for Wednesday and moved to Friday from 5-7pm for those that can attend.

If you are at the AM Spirit Mtn. practice on Wednesday, just go for an easy run or rollerski on Friday on your own.  If you are planning on attending the Friday PM practice at Spirit Mtn, try to get out for an easy run or rollerski early on Wednesday.  Athletes should only attend either the Wednesday AM or Friday PM Spirit Mtn. workout.
